Instructions
1: Cook the 2 cups of rice ahead of time with your rice cooker. 2: Bring your wok to medium-high heat. Add your 2 tbsp oil and minced garlic. 3: Once the garlic becomes golden (not brown), add your tomato paste and stir for 30 seconds. 4: Add your cooked rice and combine well so the red color is evenly distributed. 5: Season with soy sauce, sugar, and MSG. 6: Continue to stir and combine for another 2 minutes.
